Scott's from Chester, CT.  He started racing in 1985 at the Waterford Speedbowl in the Super Stocks driving a 1972 Ford Torino.  Primarily a part time racer over the years running at several New England Speedways in street stocks, late models and mini stocks.  Later begain racing mini cups with much success winning at White Mountain, Sugar Hill and Londonderry.  Started with Legends in 2007 at Waterford.  Looking forward to running with NELCAR at selected events in 2009.
